At Narrative Skin Studio, LLC, all products and services are final sale.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our services and professional skincare products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any services, retail products, gift cards, packages, series, or promotional purchases. All sales are final.

This policy applies to:

• In-studio services
• Prepaid treatments, packages, and memberships (if applicable)
• Skincare and retail products
• Gift cards
• Sale or promotional items

Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a retail product that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement of the same item. We do not issue monetary refunds.

Adverse Reactions

We are not responsible for adverse reactions to products. Clients are encouraged to review ingredient lists and disclose sensitivities prior to purchase or treatment. If you experience irritation or a reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional if needed.

Service Satisfaction

Results from skincare treatments vary by individual. By booking a service, you acknowledge that outcomes are not guaranteed and are influenced by factors including home care, skin condition, lifestyle, and adherence to professional recommendations. Services rendered are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Narrative Skin Studio, LLC primarily operates within the United States. If physical merchandise is shipped to the European Union, applicable consumer protection laws may provide a statutory right of withdrawal. However, because our retail products are personal care goods and our services are time-based and reserved specifically for you, most purchases will not qualify for return once delivered or once the service period has begun. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have questions regarding EU consumer rights.
