Terms and Conditions (SMS Terms of Service)

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Narrative Skin Studio, LLC (“Narrative,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:

  1. SMS Messaging Service
    By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Narrative Skin Studio, LLC, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule updates (including changes related to late arrivals, rescheduling, or cancellations), post-visit follow-ups, and occasional promotional or marketing messages. Message frequency varies.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

  1. Message Frequency
    Message frequency varies based on your bookings and preferences. You may receive up to 4 messages per month on average, and additional messages as needed for transactional purposes (e.g., appointment confirmations, schedule changes, or service-related notices).

  2. Message and Data Rates
    Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  3. Opt-Out and Help
    You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request.

  4. Privacy

  5. Appointment and Cancellation-Related Notices
    SMS messages may include reminders and notices related to appointment timing and booking policies. Narrative reserves appointment time exclusively for you and prepares in advance for your visit. Key booking policy points include:

  • Arriving on time is important; if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted, rescheduled, or released.

  • If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.

  • A valid credit card is required to confirm bookings, and by scheduling you authorize charges if applicable booking policies are not followed.
    These policies are provided for convenience in SMS communications; the full policy in effect at the time of booking governs.

  1. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in our SMS program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
